Cancellation PolicyCancellations made in the first 24 hours after booking will be given a 100% refund. Cancellations made after the first 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as product will have already been pulled and prepared for your spell. Cancellations made 24 hours before your spell or same day will result in no refund. Repeated (and occasionally initial) cancellations are subject to termination of our witch & client relationship, and you will no longer be able to purchase work from me. Please also keep in mind that there are no refunds for consultations.
Crashout PolicyThese spells are not crash out proof. Emotional control is the key to getting what you want, and I ask clients to meet the spells halfway. Spells are not a replacement for effort, so kindness and communication are key when using spells for goals and desired outcomes. Picking fights, pettiness, silent treatment, crash outs, evoking jealousy, stalking, etc, will all negate your spell. The aforementioned behavior will result in your spell being considered null and void and if it needs to be recasted, it will be done at the client’s expense

If you come to me for a spell, you swear that you are telling the truth about your situation to the best of your ability. If you feel like you can’t control yourself or are not willing to take action towards the goals, then spells are not for you. By purchasing from me or working with me, you acknowledge that I am a witch and not a miracle worker, nor Harry Potter nor Gandolf nor The Genie.
Kindness PolicyIt is unfortunate that we need to have this policy, but it needs to be stated that the client and witch relationship is based in kindness and mutual respect. This is professional space and I expect clients to maintain the same professional demeanor I do, meaning we are not playfully rude or sarcastic. We are not trauma-dumping and we are not beginning conversations with defensiveness. If you are afraid of being scammed, please do not interact. If you are unable to afford my services, please do not ask for discounts. Spam messages and emails are not going to get you booked in for a spell, it is going to get you blocked. While I understand anxiety and feeling like things are out of control, we still need to remember to be kind and respectful. Being unkind or disrespectful will result in your spells being cancelled or the termination of the client and witch relationship.
